WHO WE ARE
With a wealth of marine experience gained over the last decade and as an owner and manager of a fleet of 9 vessels, including crewing and technical marine capabilities, Ambrey has expanded its focus into developing its offshore vessel support services.
Ambrey was established in 2010, to provide marine security services that were more dynamic and creative than traditional security firms, with a fresh approach that put the client’s needs first.
Initially the company’s focus was on supporting the shipping sector in the high-risk environments across the Middle East, north and west Africa by providing compliant, well-trained and reliable armed security guards on merchant vessels.
Ambrey increased its footprint throughout the Gulf of Guinea, setting up operations in Nigeria, Lagos and Port Harcourt, and providing its own fleet and 3rd party vessels for offshore operations in West, Central and East Africa.
Despite our growth, the values that underpinned Ambrey in its earliest days are still at the heart of our company. In an industry that demands the highest levels of trust and integrity we aim to lead by example with Quality, efficiency and safety provide the guiding philosophy to how we do business.
